Since Telnya is a Global Platform it is not subject to any specific legislation, each user will be free to set their own conditions.

However, we recommend that the parties to use additional, more precise contracts if they deem it appropriate.
9 - How is the payment process?

13 – What is a Virtual Manager?
The Virtual Manager is a user distinguished by his verifiable raitings, training and experience, who has the appropriate equipment and applications capable of developing any work entrusted by a company, either temporalily or continuous.
Managers can perform general administration and call answering activities and be specialized in any activity depending on their profession: Medicine, Law, IT, Tourism, Administration and Accounting, Commerce, Automotive, etc.
Managers are committed to the confidentiality and privacy of the activities performed with their clients through confidentiality contracts and the application of the data protection laws applicable in each country. For this purpose, they have call recording applications, e- mails, SMS and other statistical applications for monitoring the activities performed, which can be accessed by your client.

14 – What laws and regulations are applicable?
Telnya is a global business and telework platform with common procedures within the international framework.
However, there may be local laws regarding taxes, salaries, social security or of any other nature that you should be aware of and that the authorities in your country may require you to comply with.
Remember that you have multiple hiring options available to you including any of an oficial nature available in your country.
Due to constant changes and local complex, regional, or national regulations, Telnya lacks the means, the legitimacy, or the authority to exercise any monitoring.

15 - As it is global can there be a devaluation in the fees?
It's not a novelty that globalization can affect the price due to currency exchange, salary level, social costs, etc.
